Lloyd Gottman
Lloyd Gottman was raised with the work ethics from a Georgia agricultural community. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech and after serving in the military, obtained an MBA from Warton Graduate School.
His career includes management and executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, a highly successful startup company, consulting and business ownership. He has wide industry and functional exposure.
Success always depended upon employee performance. Lloyd now understands how to identify, predict, and match individual’s strengths to job and business success.
Synergetic Systems, LLC., founded by Lloyd, is dedicated to teaching business owners and managers how to generate outstanding success and greater profit contribution by selecting more outstanding performing employees.
Lloyd has a long history of community service and has served on numerous boards in various capacities. He is currently a very active Rotarian and a Vistage Associate.
Heidrun is an integral part of Lloyd’s life for the past forty plus years. They have two sons, Dirk and Mark – both happily married with children.
