FR. E. EDWARD KINERK, S.J. was ordained in 1972. He received his doctorate in Spiritual Theology from the Gregorian University in Rome. His first assignment was to Sacred Heart Retreat House from 1975 to 1979. In subsequent years he has served as Novice Director, Provincial of the Missouri Province of Jesuits, President of Rockhurst University in Kansas City, and currently as administrator at Sacred Heart Jesuit Retreat House.
Dr. Ron Law
RONALD K. LAW, M.D., attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his BA (1971) and MD (1975). Ron has practiced interventional and consultative cardiology in Denver since 1980. He is a managing partner of Rocky Mountain Cardiovascular Associates, PC, a large metro Denver cardiovascular practice. Aside from his medical practice, Ron and his three brothers, Dennis, Chris and Jeremy (also medical doctors), own and manage a commercial real estate company and sold a green consumer products business in 2008. Ron and his wife, Susan, reside in a Denver suburb. They have three grown children: Michael, Kristen and David. The Law family has utilized a new idea called Family Building and Family Building® Meaningful Conversations to strengthen generational family bonds. Ron’s plans to share his thoughts and experience about the Family Building® phenomenon with others.

His experience has been gained from contributions made to Arthur Andersen and BKD, LLP, by helping organizations retain top talent through effectively designed compensation and human capital plans. Bill has served as Chief People Officer of two major national health care systems as well as developing consulting practices with the Hay Group, an international management consulting firm.
He has consulted recently with the National Western Stock Show, United Western Bancorp, Good Times Restaurant,, Republic Financial Corporation, Paul Mueller Company, Colorado Capital Bank, Anderson Ranch Arts Center, Van Gilder Insurance Corporation, Craig Hospital, Community First and West Marine, Inc.
Bill's graduate degree from the University of Colorado is in business and human resource administration. He is an outside director of a national investment management firm.
Hartley Goldstone
After leaving the practice of law, Hartley Goldstone spent the past twenty years employed by a large financial institution as a trust officer and wealth planner for high net worth clients. Currently, he is part of a team supporting a multi-family office. In recent years, Hartley has increasingly focused on the "human" side of planning. To deepen his work, he has studied the application of appreciative inquiry, appreciative living and positive psychology with a number of highly respected thought leaders/researchers/practitioners in these fields. Hartley has a special interest in working with clients involved in what he terms the trust-scape. He looks forward to sharing information and practical applications with you.

DAVID COHN David has a lifetime of experience in collaborating with families and their advisors in the process of succession and transition planning for closely-held and family businesses. David personally experienced the complexities of the succession process in his family business, having worked in the business from the age of 12. Upon graduation from the Louisiana State University School of Business, David joined his father and spent the next 25 years growing the company into one of the nation’s leading attire and formal rental companies. David and Karen, his wife of over 30 years, have three sons, Brian, Drew and James, now married to Anna. Karen and David reside in Parker, CO.
