Lloyd Gottman was raised with the work ethics from a Georgia agricultural community. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech and after serving in the military, obtained an MBA from Warton Graduate School.
His career includes management and executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, a highly successful startup company, consulting and business ownership. He has wide industry and functional exposure.
John A. Warnick
John A. Warnick became a partner in the Denver office of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP in January, 1999 after practicing in Nevada and Wyoming for twenty years. "JohnA", as his family, friends and colleagues know him, has extensive experience in all aspects of wealth transfer planning as well as in trust and estate administration. JohnA's primary focus is on state-of-the-art techniques for minimizing both transfer and income taxes. However, he balances that enthusiasm for tax savings with insightful questions that insure the planning is congruent with the client’s core values and dreams of what they want to accomplish for their family, friends and charity.

Scott Peppet
Scott Peppet is Associate Professor of Law at University of Colorado Law School, and joined the faculty in 2000. He specializes in legal ethics and in alternative dispute resolution and negotiation. Prior to joining the CU faculty he taught as a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School and was a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Negotiation Research Project. He is the co-author of both an award winning book on legal bargaining, titled Beyond Winning: Negotiating to Create Value in Deals and Disputes (Harvard University Press, 2000), and a new edition of a leading textbook, titled Processes of Dispute Resolution (4th ed., Foundation Press, 2006).

Jane is an experienced family business consultant and president of Boston-based Key Resources, LLC. She is the founding chair of the innovative Certificate for Family Business Advisors, and is president emeritus of the international Family Firm Institute. She is the author of many articles and case studies, and has trained, mentored and coached hundreds of family business advisors. Her widely acclaimed book, co-authored with Gibb Dyer, Consulting to Family Businesses, is considered a classic in the field. Hilburt-Davis serves as a consultant and advisor to family businesses, and closely held companies, throughout the United States and has lectured and taught in the family business field in the US, Canada, and Europe.
John Simmering
John is President of Legasus Group. As a family business consultant, he brings together an array of resources and expertise to assist organizations, businesses and individuals in achieving their fullest potential, productivity and success. John's background is extensive: family systems research, the effect of change on communication, team building, executive development, and addictions. Michael Edward Kerr
Dr. Kerr is a family psychiatrist and Director of the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family in Washington, D.C. The Center’s mission is to further develop and disseminate information about a new theory of human behavior, Bowen Family Systems Theory. Besides more than thirty-five years of practicing family therapy with the full range of human problems and occasional organizational consulting, Dr. Kerr has lectured on Bowen theory and its various applications all over the United States and overseas. Most in his field regard him as the world’s foremost expert on the theory.
