Jane Hilburt-Davis

Jane Hilburt-Davis is an experienced family business consultant and president of Boston-based Key Resources, LLC. She is the founding chair of the innovative Certificate for Family Business Advisors, and is president emeritus the international Family Firm Institute. She is the author of many articles and case studies, and has trained, mentored and coached hundreds of family business advisors. Her widely acclaimed book, co-authored with Gibb Dyer, Consulting to Family Businesses, is considered a classic in the field. Hilburt-Davis serves as a consultant and advisor to family businesses, and closely held companies, throughout the United States and has lectured and taught in the family business field in the US, Canada, and Europe.
